Walked 3.1 miles today, all with doggies, and all in between drizzle drops!
Will definitely continue with my dietary change, as it's got me moving again, even though today's weigh-in was the same. I didn't expect a drop today, as I dropped a pound on Friday, I think.

Hamstrings are still sore from Saturday's yardwork.
