Today is the first day of spring! A time for hope and new beginnings. I am excited about starting this time with the all the changes I am making in my life. And super excited about being 8 pounds lighter!! I can see a difference and so can others. This is definitly giving me more modivation. I am getting used to eating fruits and veggies. It's hard to move to natural and organic foods from processed and packaged but I Can Do It!!
