I did better today on the eating, mostly because I was having a reaction to my co-vid vaccination and didn't feel much like eating or doing anything. Skipped breakfast, ate an early lunch, salad for supper with spam. Did get the taxes to the CPA today.
Macros 17/64/19; calories 903; fiber 5.2; net carbs 34.10, net kcals -1060.

I didn't do breakfast today either. And I'm not over-hungry either after having breakfast for dinner. lol :)

Slow Mets, For me, breakfast is easier to skip because my body has adapted overnight to not eating and usually I don't wake up hungry. And because other meals are frequently social occasions it is harder to skip them. I think social eating has a lot more to do with non-success in dieting than actual hunger does. I can see how OMAD could be successful if it was planned as the supper time meal. This is the one meal of the day most likely to be a family meal or another social occasion. Shrewdness, so relieved to have taxes off our minds!
