Only lost 0.2 lbs this week. Disappointed in myself, but at the same time surprised I didn't gain a little. This weekend, we had a big party for my grandpa's 75 birthday held at my house, so the whole weekend was chaotic and I wasn't able to track a thing. Although I definitely could have held off more on the brownies and cake...and chips...
