Annoyed...Turned into a beautiful early spring day. I ended up with the first migraine I've had in months. Probable cause lack of protein during the day. Hiding away from the sun, ate some protein. Messed up my plans for the day. Thankful though it's the first one in months that has stopped me from anything, so much better than at least once a week.

May that be the only one in a long time! Too much physical effort sometimes causes me headaches, especially when I notice myself involuntarily contracting my neck. Of course that, it's not likely that's the case but, as you're exercising, just thought of that :P

Hope the migraine has subsided & its the last for awhile. I don't suffer from them, but can only imagine the pain. Hang in there -- spring has sprung… or is close to as I still having frigid cold temps in the northeast! xoxox

thanks my neck can cause me headaches as 4 vertebraes are fused, not that kind of headache. ruhu migraine disappeared with sleep, the magic medicine. we have 70 predicted for sat. and snow again for sunday!
