fell off the wagon today. ate a bunch of shit tonight. didn't record any of it. a piece of whole wheat pita bread, harvarti cheese and a bunch of mini croutonts. feel sick. i do feel sick have a sore throat and i'm always vulnerable to lapsing during those times. oh well. tomorrow is another day. yuck my stomach hurts. those croutons have a lot of fat. not used to to this. they tasted good but i feel aweful now
