Thank you ladies. And thanks Nikina. The "before" I was dressing as Bonnie for a 1920s murder mystery style dinner. Felt amazing. that was right at the start of my journey... When eating out was terrifying because- how do you eat out but lose weight- loads of learning has happened since then! Those arms make me so proud. That I think is shadow boxing with weights this last year. I also have a problem with my left arm- it has less function than my right but being able to do what I do now shows me how amazing and adaptable the human body is!
