was starving. decided to have 1/2 of a sumo orange and a full glass of water. i feel better now. will practice piano and then do recumbent bike and pt exercises. would like to walk but plantar fascitis is a problem for me so i have to be careful. will try to alternate bike riding and light walking on grass to see if that helps.
