weigh in at doctor's was unsuprisingly horrible. 236. i was mortified. he's skinny and asian, told me to watch my carbs, and exercise. like i don't know. what i wouldn't do to be him. be thin. i'm trying to walk every day even though every bone in my body hurts to do so. i walk on the grass around the school across the street from my house. so much dog "stuff" no one seems to pick up after their dog anymore. but it saves me from having to walk on the side walk that really hurts. i'm redoubling my efforts. i'm so unhappy this way. something has to change. no bread for lunch, onl 1/2 an orange instead of a whole one. but i had a garnett yam as a snack and i see that has tons of carbs anyway. shit. i want to stay under 100 grams of carbs a day. that is my goal. not their yet. really hard for me.
