I’m new here😁. I’m trying to figure out how this community thing works...lol...I’ve been in a muscle building faze since November 1st. I’ve competed in the past...but I’m working out for me now. I’m 5’4” at 116lbs and 55 years old😝. Currently eating 2000 calories...which is really maintain for me. I’m a high volume eater. I’m here for support and to support others....☺️💪🏻🙌🎉❤️
