Pretty good day today. Added a few more pounds on circuit rep on a couple machines and more reps on a couple that are hard for me. Workout was good. Struggled to stay awake for the women's free skate. Another night of not enough sleep.

Aww bad when you don't sleep well. I take an herb valerian to break those not sleeping well cycles. I'm planning on no alarm clock this weekend to catch up, next week back on my weekday schedule.

I usually have valerian pills heheh. The ones that you don't need a prescription for. :) But I know this is quickly fix once I get into the rhythm again with aerobic exercise and all (done it today) ;)
