did really good focusing on eating; except when my husband screamed in anger at me because i said i wanted to wait until after i finished eating to help him clip the dog's nails. he's pretty ocd about that. i did not say it angrily but for some reason when i say that he gets mad and yells well duh that's obvious. but he kept hounding me for exactly when i was going to help him. i said a bit later and that wasnt' good enough, then when i said after i'm done eating he started bellowing at me. (of course he had already wolfed down his food in 2 seconds, so he was done). then i said fine at 3:01 pm thinking he needed a precise time. what a pain in the ass. my stomach was in a huge knot as i was trying to finish my food. how horrible. i already told him i would help him this weekend yesterday about it. he's nuts when he has to do the dogs nails. too cheap to take them to a groomer to get them clipped but he hates doing them and he takes it out on me. fun times.
