I know I’m not the brightest bubble on the Xmas tree but can any of my fellow FS community explain this aspect of the App to me - I’ve input my exercise and sleep data but can’t get my head around the figures !

I gave up with adding it in instead connected my Apple fitness the sleeping and resting was crazy high 😂😂

Apparently just Googled it 😂 my weight 8 hours sleep I’ll burn roughly 370 calories

I might tonight rubbish sleep last night hoping the 15 mile bike ride and hot bath is enough to help me sleep tonight 🤞🏼

A few weeks back I had to get my head around this.... To simplify it - if your Exercise time is 2hours and your Sleep time is 8hours then your Resting time is 14hours. Total Daily time = (Exercise time) + (Resting time + Sleep time) = 24hours 🍀
