Will be good today, workout, and eat healthy. Yesterday was a bust for nutrition and exercise. Exhausting week and stayed up too late watching the Olympics. 3 days off so weekend will be to get re-energized, get some routine house things done, do my taxes, and hopefully make a dent in at least one re-modeling project. Maybe someday my house won't be a work in progress. My kids and friends tell me I'll just tear something else apart. Would like to get it done and get back to quilting and other pursuits. I think my gym trip will be later in the day as a reward for getting my housework done.
