We have no food in the fridge!! This is equaling disaster for me today, because I definitely went over. :/ I wasn't able to go to the gym today because I'm having awful awful leg cramps. I ran 2 miles Tuesday, and I was biking back and forth to class. I think I just pushed myself too hard, but now I don't know how long I'm going to be out of the game for. I think I'll give myself the rest of the week to relax my legs (been using heat pads non stop), and I'll go back to running on Monday. It'll set me behind for the distance I want to be at, but I think I'll still be fine for the 5K in March.
