My ears are still ringing moderately loud. I’m in to my third and 32 ounce cup of liquid today so if anything I’m more hydrated than I have been the last couple days. I feel like I got OK sleep last night. I’m not sure what the differences between today and the last couple days when I didn’t have it. My carbs seem to be around the same. Maybe it’s caffeine related? So maybe tomorrow I should try to just drink only water? I don’t know what to do. Don’t think it’s my blood sugar. The only thing that I recall occurring before they start raining this afternoon was that I was having some trouble regulating my body temperature. I was chilly so I turn the heat on my office I start to get too warm as it started to warm I started to get a little bit of pressure and then the rain started. I guess perhaps there’s a small chance that maybe it has something to do with my sinuses? Did you have some nasal congestion right now. I’ll have to try and take note of whether or not I have congestion tomorrow at all any sinus related issues and see if that has anything to do with the ear ringing.
