Looks sooooo good! How do you make the fig & strawberry sauce?

@Rckc : After removing steak to rest, add shallots/red onions to pan, deglaze with red wine, add demi ( I use better than buillion concentrated stock ) reduce to desired thickness; adjust seasoning, add balsamic vinegar ( fig flavored ) and finish with butter or cream if desired. Takes about 3-5 minutes. If you don't have fig balsamic, add pre-softened chopped figs when deglazing with wine. Hope that helps!

You're welcome 🐻. It's just a quick bordelaise with a little friut. I use berry jam, dried fruit with regular balsamic. No need to purchase all the speciality balsamic unless you want to have issues like me. 🤣🤔
