I am a little disappointed. After such a great first week, I was hoping for a little more. I continue to eat wonderfuly through the week and have cheat foods on the weekend. For example, we went to a brewery this weekend and brought home a growler of beer. I had about 4-5 beers over the weekend. I only worked out once though. I did mix cardio and strength training to get the biggest bang for my time. I call it running steps, but it isn't really running - hop up and down the steps on one foot. Then, switch feet and do again. Next, hop using both feet. I did get a pedometer. It was a slow weekend so my #s were low 7000 & 9000 steps. But, Mon & Tues I broke 12,000 both days.
I'm going to work on a list of things I can do everyday to reduce my intake & increase my exercise.
My goal is to be my prepregnancy weight by the time we go home in April - that is at a 1-1.2lbs/wk rate. That is a completely doable and healthly goal.
