Started the diet a week ago and was afraid to get on the scale to see how much I'd gained since last I was careful. Gratified that it isn't too crazy high.
109.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
