I thought the whole "support" thing was gimmicky peeps, but wow... someone liking my healthy choices (forcing myself to post pics) is really working for me. If I don't feel good posting what I plan on eating when its crappy, but it gives me pause and sometimes makes me rethink my choices or deal with it and not make it a reason to stop or log it. First week has been awesome. Honestly, the loss is nice, but having better gut feeling is awesome! Thanks all!
