Down another pound this morning to 212 lbs. This is the first time I've ever lost weight during TOM. The strategy is working. I switched to peppermint tea which i have a few times a day. I had some cream yesterday with hot cocoa but it is a lot less than i use to consume. I am trying to keep my calories close to 1200. So far its working.

I made a batch of fatbombs yesterday. This time I made them in smaller squares. They are addicting so you have to be careful. I've tried different 85% chcolates since I started making these and the best so far is Lindt. You can really taste the difference. second is Camino organic fair trade chocolate.

The snow has stopped but the damage is done. There are huge mounds of snow every where. Clean up for most people begins today. I plan to be out with my sister today but will check in on everyone later. Have a great day friends.

Well done. Tell me what you are doing again? Stricktly eating meat and eggs and fat bombs and hot cocoa? Sounds like my kind of diet. LOL!! I had sausage and eggs this morning. Nothing since. I might have to make some fat bombs. I have the Lindt 90% chocolate.

Mom ...... hehehehe.... that does sound like a dream diet. I am back to eating my regular eating. Protein, fat and low carb. And I've cut back my calories to about 1200. I am so happy to be eating veggies again. MISSED IT VERY MUCH.
