I know yesterday I went a bit off the diet. Being snowed in and low on acceptable foods, I had to eat on what I had left, mostly the Advantage meal and snack bars. Then I failed one of my challenges (Don't Feed the Night Monster) for the week, but at least it wasn't too terribly late, about 8:45pm, when I had dinner.

And so I think I plateaued. My weight really hasn't gone anywhere since my last weigh on here. I'm back and forth between 297 and 300, and it's been frustrating. I'll keep on with Atkins. I'm actually loving this diet too much to quit.

Either next week or the week after that, I'll start with Zumba. Can't wait... :)
