I need to find a way to not give up on eating healthy when I hurt myself and can't exercise. My back is finally feeling better to get back on track.
138.3 kg Lost so far: 35.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks! No exercise and very little movement for a little over a month. Definitely need to get back into my old routine.
