Accept something as true: to accept that something is true or real
accept somebody as truthful: to accept that somebody is telling the truth, credit somebody with something: to accept that somebody or something has a particular quality or ability.

Synonyms: trust, have faith in, be certain of, have confidence in, accept as true, rely on.

I made changes in my habits and thoughts by BELIEVING I am worthy of attaining and maintaining my goal weight because I feel better when my body is thin and healthy.

With our strength combined we will all lose and win!"

January 1, 2010 I changed my thoughts and actions of an obese me to thoughts and actions of a thin me. Each and every thought I choose whether or not I am choosing thoughts of an obese person or a thin person are very powerful. I have the freedom to decide who I want to be and then take action to become the WHO that I am.

Keep on going down down down while you're dancing.. so happy for you, Lisa! Wish we have a dance party for everyone around here. A fancy one with pretty dress on and dance all night:)
