What is Sumac and how does it taste? I know I could Google it as someone told me to do recently but I'm interested in your opinion. The Brussels and bacon combo sounds great!!! I never thought to combine parsnips and potatoes. You'd never know there were parsnips in there. They look like regular mashed taters. What is the taste like?

GOOGLE it 🤣 Actually, sumac is Mediterranean spice typically dusted over hummus and it adds an earthy, lemony flavor. Yum❣️😋 Parsnip potato puree (Triple P) was parsnip forward and dee-lish!

SK (Savvy Koala?), I always assumed that was paprika on the hummus! I Googled it and read the berries are called bobs. Guess now I'm smarter than the average 🐻
