I was not good yesterday. I wanted to eat junk all day, I did eat some, but I did keep myself from going too crazy. I was home alone all day and I think I was wanting to eat out of boredom and habit. It was also my rest day, so no workout, but I did keep myself busy with housework and cleaning our storage room.

Today will be better. I'm super busy at work, and will get my workout in when I get home. I shouldn't have too much temptation today, even if I do I won't have time to think about eating junk. Tomorrow is my weigh-in day and I'm not really looking forward to that because I have checked here and there and I'm definitely not going in the right direction. I think my body was still processing the junk I'd eaten and drank the weekend before.
Oh well, I know if I stick with it eventually I'll see progress, I can't expect to see major changes after only a week of doing the right thing.
