So I am done with the first two weeks of the diet and lost 11lbs. I didn't think that I'd lose that much in my first two weeks. I gotta pat myself on the back.
I'm starting to wish that I had taken some before pictures. Everybody says that they can already see a difference in my abdomen area. I can feel the difference but really can't see it for myself when I look in the mirror. I probably could see it had I took some before pictures for comparison. I wish, I wish, I wish... maybe I should take some pictures now.
I'm continuing on with the induction phase. I never thought I'd get used to how restrictive this phase is, but I am. At one point I didn't think that I'd continue the phase beyond two weeks as I had planned because of that second round of the "flu." However, I feel comfortable enough with this to keep going for at least another two weeks. I will heed the diet's guidance on extended induction; I won't be a rebel this time. ;)
(Oh! and mind you, I'm not even exercising just yet. I'm currently debating if I want to join a gym or do Zumba classes.)
