Very lazy today!!! However, I did take about a 15 minute walk. I even did all my son's chores because he is not feeling well. I even cleaned the fridge top and bottom. Hmm, now since I wrote it out I did do a lot.

Breakfast: 1/2 of chicken salad made with just mayo

Snack: 1 pk of planters peanut

Lunch: 1 pk of planters peanuts with a sliced medium tomato

Dinner: 1 pork chop with green beans

Okay I know I am over doing it with the peanuts last day for them. I did give half out of each pack to the boys.

Thinking about carb cycling. However, I only want to start it when I reach a point where I am no longer losing. Just a thought!!
