I started this challenge 3 weeks ago on Dec 30th weighing 200lbs. I started dieting that day and started insanity workout but then the new yr came and I broke my diet and I stop working out due to me not feeling well. I was so discourage with my self so I made a decision last weekend to go on and push my self no matter how hard or tough it may get. So Mon Dec 13th I started back working out and dieting. I must admit I push pretty hard this week. I feel amazing and to top it off I weigh in lastnight weighing 193.0. I can't believe I lost 7 lbs already I'm so pumped and motivated :) all smile and did I mention my energy level is thru the roof.. #TeamInsanity #ItWorks

Stay steady…. Its a Marathon, not a sprint (at least that's what I keep telling myself). Stick this one out, journal daily and hold yourself accountable to log your food every day no matter what you eat. If you slip up, so what : ) Lots of great support on this challenge, we want you to win! Great job on the albs, woooo hoo!
