been doing good! yahooooo! i have been resisting unhealthy snacks and sweets. when i get the sweet tooth i just have a fun size pack of regular or peanut m&m's. it's been working so far and i am starting to learn that just a few are enough. i dont need to eat a whole bunch to enjoy a treat. i have been eating super healthy so i think a little chocolate now and then is okay. especially since i have done really well recording everything i dont think i would over eat. i realize that a fun size pack of peanut m&m's is 90 calories. i'm not going to eat more than one and somehow since i know how many calories are in stuff now it's changed the way i feel about food, especially certain foods.
