I'm trying hard to push past my weight barrier here, what a struggle! With my husband gone for school for the next 2 months and two kids and a home to deal with plus my full time job finding time for me is tough. I've got back on my Pilates and love it for the half hour I feel so relaxed and strong but I think I'm actually gaining weight but at least its likely muscle though stopping the munch is tough if I don't get enough sleep as I eat to stay awake. I will be skinny and I will push past this summer swimming is the plan.
