So I've been on Atkins for about a week and a half now, still holding on by a thread from the way I see it. I experienced "the flu" (the Atkins Induction Flu, you know? FS thread and more info on it) on my first four days of this diet, and by day five the symptoms subsided enough that I could practically resume a "normal life." Well, I'm beginning to find myself going through something of a second wave of the flu. I've got this crazy headache coming on along with starting to feel tired and nauseated like I was the first go-round. So I'm trying to figure what did I do bring this on. Not getting the 20-25 net carbs per day like I should? Not getting enough nutrients and salt to help with electrolytes? I dunno... :-(
