January 1, 2021. My weight is up and I am okay with it. I knew it would happen (as my will power is low this time of year). Going back to work on Monday and therefore back into my normal routine will definitely help. I will be spending the weekend meal planning and prepping so that I am not grabbing a convenient lunch.
