Weight seems to have plateaued over the last three days. Yesterday's dinner was a heavy reception - canapes, sausages, chäschüechli, some wine - following a concert!

If it keeps plateauing, that means you've reached a balancing point between calories in and calories out (you are now naturally burning less calories a day than you were before you lost weight) and you're going to have to decrease your daily calories a bit more (unless you are already underweight).

Thanks, Euheide! I am updating my RDI regularly and maintaining a calorie deficit of about 1000. I think it rather has to do with tolerances and fluctuations during the course of the day. Thankfully, I noticed a drop again this morning. I appreciate your thought on reducing calorie intake as the weight drops. That is often forgotten, resulting in a yoyo effect!
