Quick question to you all. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed that the FatSecret Banner at the top of the app has said Premium, didn’t think anything of it (assumed it was just an update of the app) but yesterday I received a message saying that my subscription was up for renewal with a payment due! I have never paid for the app before and I can’t remember seeing any prior notifications. Am I missing something? I love the app but may have to delete it as I am on benefits and really would struggle to pay for it. Does anyone know? Please help as I am feeling rather daft incase I have missed some thing obvious.

Oh no! The whole thing for me and Fat Secret is that it’s free. I can’t find anything on my screen that says upgrade or premium..... but I am fairly new. I’m sure they will sort it. There is a ‘contact us’ button in settings.

I have been using the app for nearly a year. Lost 5st so happy. Let’s see what happens in the New year as I have cancelled the subscription

Oh no, I would email and explain and ask them to cancel it. What a pain!

Premium is something you pay to get extra things you must have accidentally clicked on it and iff you don’t require it then I suggest you cancel it

Thanks for the suggestions. I have now cancelled the Premium subscription so hopefully all ok now
