I've been hunting for a warm, comforting drink that isn't coffee or too loaded with sugar, and I've finally come up with something: Black tea with a splash of egg nog! 1/2 a cup of egg nog is 120 calories, and I'm using about 1/8 of a cup, so no more than 40 calories. Bonus that it's festive.

Sounds really good. I don’t know if I could stop at just half a cup of eggnog.

Make the tea first, and leave only a tiny bit of room for the eggnog - I'm so pleased with this discovery! I'm having my third of the day....
