That's more like it!
Today's goal is to stay hydrated (coffee, tea, miso soup, water), and to have a great dinner (Pacific rockfish with quinoa and roasted veg).
The other goal is to get a mile long walk in at lunch. I'm not supposed to go fast, which means that a mile on the track at work is a challenge, but injury seems to be mostly better, so maybe today is the day that I push myself.
