Fasting a.m. blood sugar 135; weight 167.7
Plan: Just get through the day -- no fever, but chilling, headache and body aches, so I may have covid. Not going to work on macros today. Ate bacon, egg, and pumpkin chia pudding for breakfast, At 2:00 pm glucose had dropped to 110 so had a pumpkin smoothie and some elderberry gummies. Just taking the day easy and resting my head. Certainly nothing wrong with my appetite, pity that! Just ate what appealed to my body today. Supper was cottage cheese, unsweetened apple sauce, toast and butter. Lots of carbs: macros 37/45/15; 1213 calories; fiber 26.9; net carbs 87.64. no exercise. Only took morning and evening diabetic meds today.
