Braces off. Doing daily walks. Weight 148. And happily my thighs have slimmed down a lot. Even w/o being able to workout. Took a social media break for awhile and will resume logging tomorrow. Medium black jacket is now quite large on me. Still a 4/6.

Ha. Not anytime soon, Tas. And thank you..Wore, Kat, Shrewd, Bear, and Diana!💞😊 It is cool I was able to keep on track even though it took more effort and discipline in mindfulness. Prayer works when it seems things can go off track. Couple of times it did almost get dicey for me emotionally.

Yes- I think your legs were dramatically different in such a short period of time! I remember other pics and the changes were crazy! And fast!

Lol. Yeah, the difference is pretty significant. Trolls be trolling about it in my messages. Kinda comical. My workouts have been on point, as of late. For the week I did 32 miles. Some climbs, some intervals, some just a smidge faster than a normal walk. Weights 3x a week. I’ll probably increase that to 4x next week. Calorie intake is over 2k on average. I’ve been using my Fitbit to record calories. RHR is 54. For my age and fitness level it’s quite good.
