Yikes. No appetite today. Just pent up energy. After yesterday's run I thought I would be dead today. Instead all I wanted to do was run so went out and ran 7 miles by myself on Roanoke Mtn in 1hr 22 min. Felt fantastic. Still have no appetite, weird feeling.

My husband gets like that to. Sometimes exercise makes people hungry and others it can act reduce hunger. Either way, great job on the run.
