So on the plus side, the entire election cycle, particularly the last several weeks, and now the "results," are making me feel ill. So maybe that's good for my health, since I feel too ill to eat much (or to enjoy what I am eating).
This is all well and good until I want to immerse myself in a vat of melted dark chocolate.
