I love when my day is so busy that I don't notice I'm hungry until well past the usual time for eating. Today was one of those days - I'm not quite sure what happened, but I had my usual coffee with cream for breakfast, and then the day just whipped past so quickly. It was 1:30pm before I realized I hadn't eaten yet.

It's now 7:20pm, and I'm only a little hungry with more than 500 available calories. YAY! So my plan is to enjoy one, maybe two, possibly three of these macarons. To really, really savor them...
