Exhausted today. Spent 4 hours cutting up downed trees. Should last the winter. Had today off, US Thanksgiving still hard to get used to after CDN thanksgiving for so many years. 15 mile run on Saturday, looks like I'll be leading a large group. All my pants are getting too big. I've lost almost 2" on my waist. Let my wife cook me dinner tonight, first time since I started my diet. Chicken pasta, yummy!
