This morning I woke up with my back aching and randomly sending shock-like waves up and down...maybe sciatica? No idea. I may have done too many stretches yesterday afternoon - what the PT gave me to do over the weekend doesn't feel like nearly enough, so I did some googling...could be that backfired. In any case, I have a chiro appt. this afternoon, and PT tomorrow, so maybe I'll have some more ideas soon.

Today's plan is to follow my body's cues. Since I started my day with ibuprofen, I also had coffee and a croissant (carbs are required by my stomach with meds). Lunch was fig frangiapani tart with water. For his bday dinner my son asked for burgers, so I'll have lettuce and toppings, a burger patty, no bun, and cake.

I think that today should be okay overall. I haven't lost anything since starting using this app/program, but maybe tomorrow will be the day.
