I am shattered. We lost my brother in law to a heart attack Saturday evening. I can't wrap my mind around it. He & my sister have been married 41 years....she was just 20 & he was 25 when they married.

Thank you everyone for your good wishes & prayers. Although it is still hard right now, my niece introduced some levity into the situation. The service is on Thursday & she requested everyone wear orange & blue for my brother in law's favorite college team Auburn, Al....even the Georgia fans 🙂 My nieces are stepping up & are really strong right now. My sister is struggling...as to be expected. I can only imagine her pain. This has been such a shock to all of us. As the oldest sibling with a spouse older by 12 years, I expected I would be the one in her shoes first. And I haven't accepted that would happen for a number of years yet.
