Fasting a.m. blood sugar Forgot to take it!! Weight 168.7
Busy morning getting food ready for a church luncheon. Can't believe I forgot to check my glucose this morning. Will see how I do at bedtime. Ate more carbs than planned for lunch, but will stick to Intermittent Fasting today and see how that works out.
Bedtime glucose: 103 (That is in spite of too many carbs today. I think the IF helped)
