Haven't been doing well in Oct so far. I think I have only had 8 workout sessions and today is the 25th. I drank twice so far. I will weigh myself tomorrow AM but am dreading it. Eating has been ok but at maintanence level. I feel so hungry when I eat at a deficit. Anyway, enough with the excuses. I will keep trying.
