Went to put on one of my favourite skirts today and this happened...
I'm not even half way to my first target yet, and even after I hit it I'll have another stone to lose to be in the 'healthy/normal' weight range, but this is a good reminder that the change is noticeable on the outside as well as the inside.
Now, anyone any good at skirt alterations?

Thank you. And Nutricali I love the idea of a non-scale victory! The numbers have never been my friends, since back when I was a teenager, whereas shape and feel are much more motivating.
