Sandy, I know exactly how you feel!!! I am really hating these 180's....almost as much as the 190's and the 200's...lol I will get through though! I am restarting a strict induction again as of this morning! The temp here right now is 20 degrees!! Cold, cold! Got a big snow storm coming for the weekend!

You will get there Sandy! you're over half-way there and you've got enough determination for the whole group! BTW, it is 4 degrees here - I'm drooling at the idea of a 35 degree walk!! I would wear shorts :)

Thanks Laura, Stef, and Krista. My protein for the last 2 days is even on toward the low side for where I try to be (70g+). Laura, I know you've bumped up your protein, but I'm not sure I'm as active as you are and I've got a few years on you as well. Still, I need to do something as this feeling that I'm pulling each and every ounce off my body only with excessive effort has got to stop. I lamented my 1-pound-per-week rate of weight loss this summer but at least it was predictable. This is Day 10 of staying relatively the same. My goal of 180 by year's end is beginning to fade just a bit. :( As far as 4 degrees and 20 degrees, well, Stef and Krista, you can keep it!!! Been there, done that WAY too much growing up in the Midwest. At least it taught me how to dress appropriately to stay warm!

Sandy, I have lived in Missouri since 1972, and if there is one thing I've learned it is that you can't predict the weather! lol The cold didn't used to bother me, back when I had the fat reserves of a small whale, but now....brrrr!!!! I never even wore a coat most of the time, and now I can't even walk out to check the mail without the winter coat! lol Oh, well, samll price to pay for the loss, right? Have a great eveing, and I hope that it warms up a bit for you down there in the south.

Stef, we should have a day or so of warmer temps Fri/Sat, but then back to slightly lower-than-now temps, so we might only get highs in the 40's. I'm sure Krista would be in her swimsuit if it were the 40's, but not me. We lived in MT for a few years and they followed Krista's lead....if it was above freezing, you'd see no jackets and a smattering of shorts! Have a good evening, all.

It is 8:14pm EST here and the temp is 4 above zero. It is suppose to be below zero by morning. YUCK!!!!! Im also still stuck at 162 for almost 5 weeks now. Not liking that much. Hang in there my friend. We will all get through this. Talk soon.:)

Oh Laurie, I can just feel that bone-chilling cold as I read "below zero by morning." Stay warm as best you can.
