Did something really stupid today. Tearing off an old lean to roof on the garage. I cut the inside of my finger, rather deep cut. Immediately went into first aid mode (I used to ski patrol). Got it cleaned up nicely and self sutured. The upside to this is I just spent the last hour researching diet and eating. wound healing
